To the staff manager's attention! The staff working in the embassy are not well educated on how to behave while on duty, made a call from California concerning a case and situation and a guy answered with an attitude of unprofessional, they need to hire well educated people who know where they work, the taxpayers hardwork must be on the right place and right staff instead of wasting on a bunch of nutjobs.
