Excellent, excellent, excellent! Stepping into the Serena Hotel is like entering a different world. It lets you forget the hustle and bustle of “Outside Kabul”. The hotel offers good short, and excellent long time room offers. The restaurant is also top of the line and the variety of dishes offered is very good. It is the only place in Afghanistan where I would eat salad or ice cream without the fear of becoming seriously sick. As non-hotel guests, one can enjoy the Thursday evening garden dinners with a nice selection of international and Afghan cuisine as well as barbecue. The hotel spa offers day tickets and membership packages. Beside these spa treatments and sauna facilities, there are also two well-equipped fitness rooms and a nice pool area. The café will also re-open soon and most certainly offer the same, very nice selection of cakes and pastries as before. So go forth and treat yourself!

The most courteous and extremely professional staff. Excellent security and ample space for conducting business meetings. It is always one of the best experience for me. I have been regularly staying here for past two years and no complaints at all.
