Bakhtar university is one of the great private universities in Kabul. it's located in Kart-e char in front of Ministry of higher Education of Afghanistan.

I'm giving it one start because there is no zero star options, very poor management there is nothing for you to learn in case if just want just documents (degree) they always think about there money.

I start my university in BK uni its great uni for youngers
