I purchased an internet bundle and it was not working. I called to customer service and they assured me that they had filed a technical issue for me to be solved by technical team. After 6 times of calls there were no answer and each time a new solution were proposed. Very ridiculous! when you purchase a bundle and then you have to contact several times to resolve connectivity issue within Kabul area. This is what I understand for their loss due to bomb blasts near their offices.

Roshan needs to train its customer services representatives. They are so rude towards their customers. Especially in the call centers.
