Nice hotel with clean rooms

I have been staying here for about a week in a VIP room. Let me start with good things about my experience in this hotel. 1. The beds are so comfortable unlike other hotels. 2. The rooms are greatly clean. 3. There is a free WiFi with not a bad speed (ask the management for the password when you book a room). 4. If you stay there in winter there is a heater in your room with no charge for its gas. 5. This hotel is placed in center of city. What are the downs with this hotel? 1. Lots of noise! Sometimes it couldn't even let sleep. 2. You'll be having warm/hot water in bathroom only in the early mornings. 3. The charge for rooms are a bit higher than it must be. 4. I tried its restaurant's food two times in my one week of staying there and the food was not good at all. 5. There is a shortage of foods in the menu, it is not more than 3 I think.
