By far the worst company in Afghanistan, between all the violations and how employees are treated it amazes me how they continue to operate. Zero upper management, corporate is an absolute joke! Emails regarding pay and contracts go unanswered for months. Gear is awful! Your lucky if you get a front or back plate...or even a carrier. If your looking to get into overseas contracting I hands down do not go with Garda!
