A lovely ambiance to be at, while smoking hookah. The staff and services are good. And the flavors of hookah are mixed up pretty nicely, just the way a professional would do. Although the music gets disturbing because costumers are given the opportunity to connect their personal phone and play songs. And trust me these people in Herat have very bad choice in music (according to me).
