As one of the historical places, the Qila needs to be rebuilt.
The Bala Hissar in Kabul. On this hill, there had probably been a fortress since at least the sixth century. The Mughal emperor Babur moved in from 1505 and expanded the building greatly, including a first 'Babur's garden' in the lower fort which does not exist anymore.
