I was in the bank by 3:00 pm and I just collect my money from Western union and get down to exchange my money where as the exchange was just in the ground floor of the bank when I went back to go to the bank which was in the 1st floor of the same building where my sister was waiting for me to bring her money the security gard didn't allowed me to go and he behave in a very rude manner I really didn't expect this from such behavior (especially with ladies)corporation like azizi bank. :(
