Excellent services Doctors are kind so do other staff The only rule that they have is that they only allow one companion (paywaz) with patient. You may find it weird first, but when you spend a little time you will realise that this is for your patient's good.

In 21 first century i was not expecting such a back ward system in such a famous hospital like cur. I.e. If an Obs/Gyn female patient want to be cheched up in the OPD, she needs come twice on the same day to Cure-hospital, once very early in the morning before 6 am to take. Number. Then she needs go back home and get back to hospital ariund 8 :30 am. Then she waits for her turn, then its not known when her turn reaches because the OPD dr has to leave OPD several times and i don't know why. If it gets 12:00 the dr sahib has to go for lunch and the poor pregnant patient has to stay beyond 1:00 pm even her number is not to far just 19. This was the practical practise that we faced today. Solution-- give number to patients through phone calls, email or direct visit even both on the day of the check up or days before. Provide approximate appoint time to patient in order to avoid her wastage of time and and avoid long time waiting and harm to her. I am not sure why they don't revise their related SOPs for further facilitation to patients, or may have weak expertise for developing effecient SOPs. All these long waitings are duffucult for pregnant women, they have calcium defficiency with back pains that sitting and waiting for long time is difficult for them, and hungryness has its side effect on pregnant ( both on the baby and the motther). They just do OPD for 20 patients per day, but it take the whol day. At the reciption and at the cashier office you will need wait tens of minutes till the responsible staff appear. These were visible managerial problems, i am not sure what irrational medicine use will exist, it will get clear if medicine use evaluation is done on the prescriptions, i am waiting to see their prescription against the diagnosis....
