Pretty much the safest place by far to enjoy grilling a steak or smoking with a hooka in the 'Dab valley in southern Afghanistan. The Taliban are unable to successfully launch attacks against this place due to the distance that they must travel across flat open land. That same long distance from any type of cover or concealment for the Taliban also renders the effectiveness of their mortars and rockets down to nearabouts nothing.
