This place is Toghani (توغنی) and a lot of people from different Afghan phylons live here like Hazara, Baluch, Arab and Tajik and majority of these are poor and immigrated from that places are in war between Talban and Afghan's army.

Ancient Sarpol with rare civilization, especially the tomb of Hazrat Imamzadeh Yahya, is the best and most beautiful place with the mild climate of the people. It is a traditional hospitable brother with a variety of cultures for life.
