Villa Sonia Studios

It was ekselent because , villa Sonia was in the center of Ksamil, Everything was very clean,the staf was so friendly,and everything was wonderful...

Terrible Arrived after a 6 hour drive and we were told the place was overbooked so we didn’t have a room. Extremely annoying although we were happy to stay elsewhere as the property looked significantly worse than advertised.

The apartment is clean and located very close to the beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars around it. Parking was also available there. However, there were no pans for the kitchen, only a few plates, glasses and cutlery. Not even a kitchen towel. We were 3 adults and only received 2 big and 2 small towels, and one really cheap toilet paper roll. In general they are very stingy so we bought a pan and our own toilet paper!! They did not change the towels until I asked for fresh ones. They cleaned the apartment every day though. Once the cleaner left the balcony door open after cleaning the apartment (they are all located on the ground floor) and we had to tell them to make sure they close it so that nobody can walk in and steal our things (I thought this was common sense?!?!). Their excuse was that they have a security system (but I didn't see a single camera or alarm system on the whole propery, not even at the "reception"). The air conditioner was working most of the time. All in all it was ok for the price, but the apartment lacks some very basic things.

We had a great time at Villa Sonia. Ksamil is a real paradise...

Villa Sonia Ksamil is an exciting new hotel situated on the newly-fashionable Albanian Riviera only 50 metres from the beach. The hotel is modern with fully-furnished, spacious, light and clean suites all with superb self-catering facilities and an ensuite bathroom. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The best place to stay in southern Albania.
