The room has plenty of space, the servise was perfect and the owners were very communicative and kind I recommand it to everyone!

Exceptional hosts, quiet location, beach 3 minutes on foot. Easy depression at first glance (area), but if you appreciate peace, it is what you need

Premises run by the family who lives on site, clean, fresh linen, towels and kitchen equipment including a set of dishes, the bathroom is a washing machine, in the kitchen and in the rooms a moldy smell, furniture is probably molded because of moisture, the smell of mold is dominant plus moth agent that was used in a wardrobe with clothes. Generally, the smell is repulsive. The beach is 300m, steep descent. Parking only in front of the gate on the public road but with a separate place.

We stayed here 8 nights and had a great time. The owner was always very courteous and helpful and gave us fruit and vegetables from his garden continuously. The house is cozy and spacious, we were 3, but it was also good for 4. The only flaw in the hob, since the grills were encrusted with grease, and the bathroom had electric wires in view not respecting the rules of Italian security. The beach is actually 3 minutes away, and can be reached very easily on foot. Furthermore the apartment is very close to Sarande, with the advantage of not being in the confusion of the city. Recommended especially for families.
