I was left in the cold waiting for hours for a bus that didn't show up. I called several times and spoke with several different people trying to seek clarification. They couldn't even tell me the exact spot I was supposed to wait for the bus! I found this spot my own. They told me to be there by midnight and that it will most likely arrive between 12:30 and 1:00AM. I was waiting out there at that bus stop forever. I eventually gave up. This ended up costing me 50 Euros for a hotel nearby as well as another 30-40 Euros to find an alternate method of transport into Albania the following day. My anger may now have subsided in the days that have passed since but I can still say with certitude this this bus line is unreliable. If there's an alternative, take it.
