National Museum of Independence

Very small and very pricey. They charged me 300 Lek, and the whole museum is only a few rooms with lots of photos of documents. May be worth it if you speak Albanian and are interested in it’s history, but otherwise there’s not much to see.

Interesting museum going through the history of the albania independence from the Ottoman Empire, something that I had no idea about. The place is small & you won’t need more than 30mins to visit the whole museum but it’s well worth the 200lek to get in. My suggestion would be to arrive around 6 as it’s a little cooler inside.

Our history should make us better people. But evolution on Albanians have stuck somewhere.

Nice exibition explaining history of independence of Albania. Building looks good inside and outside. Good for about 30 min visit. Entry 100 Leki.

The entrance fee is 100 leke and the place has 6 pavillions explaining the Albanian war of independence and the key figures who are the forefathers of today's Albania. Very cool place with a lot of info. I would say this is probably the beat museum in Vlore
