This restaurant has so much going on, location, interior, style, live music, food, the wine list that it should just work. But it doesn't, unfortunately, the service lets it down. With so much going on you need to be on form, so while the back of house delivers on the food, the front of house fails. The food was incredible. Walking inside you'll feel like your in a restaurant in the Las Vegas strip (without the level of service), edgy decor and design, and the live music was an unexpected bonus. We were celebrating a birthday, so wanted this restaurant to deliver on its promise and recommendations from locals, but it failed. The floor team didn't know their champagnes or wines and once the restaurant became busy the servers simply got swamped and service levels dropped, it took well over 20 minutes to deliver the wine and there was ample staff rostered. Just to put this into perspective we paid over €350 for dinner, we are well into fine dining service levels. 5 stars for amazing food, but service has dropped this back to 3.

Seriously, do not listen to the hype of this place. They charge you an arm and a leg for mediocre meat. In fact, below mediocre. Waiters are extremely inattentive and would rather bunch up together in a corner talking to each other instead of servicing their customers. In fact when I was there, a waiter from another table was constantly having to drag my waiter to my table in order to get what we needed. Food is hysterically overpriced for the below sub-par performance in the kitchen and they tried to screw me over multiple times. I.E: bringing us a bottle of water we never asked for, charged us for it. Brining us bread we never asked for, charged us for us. Charging us for an order of coffee from another table. I had to sit and dispute with restaurant staff so they can get their act together and give me the correct check for the actual order me and my party made. If you’re in Tirana, or just Albania for that matter, do not go to places like this. For the love of god eat traditional Albanian food. You’ll enjoy it a million times over for a fraction of the cost of this shady establishment that deserves to be closed down.

Price too high, quality of food low. You can go just once but no usually

Nice interiors, frankincense overuse leaves a permanent cloud. Fiorentina didnt live up to expectations. Way overpriced.
