M-Sat 2-7pm open to everyone. At the moment, they have a retrospective of a photojournalist about 1981-1991 period in Albania (until Sept). Just need to go through the metal detector. Amazing that the PM’s office building is housing exhibitions and is open to everyone to go free of charge. Two thumbs up Albania! Also it must be the only head of government building that looks like a theatre or club with neon lights at night- kinda cool ;)

It is situated in down town Tirana. It is a country's landmark. It is now an attractive site not only for Albanians but for tourists as well. It is always open to enter in, visit and learn for whatever makes you curious. There's a ciceron to explain you what ever you ask
