JYSK Toptani

Interesting experience at Jysk today, we are renovating our Appartment and putting in a terrace. We found a gazebo and outdoor furniture on their website that we really liked on their website. When we went to purchase the price was higher in store at QTU than online. Ask for them to honor the online price, they said they couldn’t. We thought fine, your loss, we will go to Toptani where we already bought quite a few things and see if we would have better service. Went to Toptani, floor rep calls over the manager to see if they can honor the pricing telling us it shouldn’t be a problem. Manager checks the price online, makes a call and then comes back to say it was a “refresh” issue. That we were looking at a “dated” page. Sure enough, we refreshed our page and all of the sudden the price that was shown all day, confirmed as an issue at the other store, confirmed by their own floor rep, had magically changed! We walked out congratulating them on the effectiveness of their updates and for loosing a customer. Thought I would share should integrity be something you look for when spending your hard earned money!

Bad place! Really bad attention! We waiting for 1 hour in the cashiers!

Jysk Toptani is situated at Toptani shopping center. It is a great place which offers you great products for your home. There are good prices and the products are good qualities. But what I like the most is the very friendly services offer from the staff.
