Management is terrible. The secretary was friendly but her superior had an arrogant and insulting demeanor. She forcefully smiled but from my experience with working in sales it was very insincere. I remained friendly and extended my hand to say farewell but I will never return there again. I am actually very upset with how she treated me. So upset. But maybe they treat the locals better. I'm not sure.

A very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. My friend and I went into this establishment today to make an inquiry. We were greeted hastily by a woman who works there. She seemed to be a bit irked by our presence without reason. We proceeded to ask her for a business card to get in contact with someone via email. She then says with an attitude, "This is a language school for learning foreign languages" as if I was unaware. I say, "I am aware of this, thank you". Then I ask for an email address and she says that there isn't an email address for the school. At this point I am confused because she is speaking with me and also ignoring me because she is having a conversation with another employee. I found the behavior a bit absurd. She then hands me their flyer and shows me their email address and circles it with a pen. I got a strong feeling that we were not welcome into their facility. Perhaps it was because we were both of color or perhaps she just wasn't in the mood. Her vibe was so standoffish that I just wanted to exit and not return. Our intentions were to offer our service as English teachers since there are a lack of qualified native speakers in the country. However, after this a terrible interaction we will take our business elsewhere. I really hope they don't treat all people of color or foreigners with such a lack of respect. I would not recommend this school to anyone. Especially since there are better schools in the vicinity with better people skills. Schools such as Kristofer Kolumbi and the Lincoln Center were very kind to me when I entered to pick up a business card. I mean, seriously? Two foreigners walk in to get a business card and they get a rude and short response. This is very uncalled for and very unprofessional. I hope that by next year they have a change in attitude and management.

Not friendly
