The Clock Tower of Tirana

In a city of mostly low-rise buildings, the Clock Tower is visible from many parts of Tirana. If you are visiting for the first time and are lucky enough to have chosen one of the hotels that is not too far from this very visible monument, you can use it as a landmark to guide you back to your hotel. It also tells the time, just in case you need to be reminded of it.

Very unique landscape, in a town when now the buildings rule the city. it's evident the fact that is one of the few things remaining from a city which is old. Nice place to send tourists and also to visit. in the vicinity of the town hall the square the museum the opera, it's right on the center, and nobody can avoid its uniqueness.

The Clock Tower is a cultural monument that has shown the time in Tirana since 1822. It stands beside Et’hem Bey mosque, built by the same person. You can climb its 90 stairs and on reaching the top have a magnificent view of the main square in Tirana and beyond.
