BKT Branch & ATM (Komuna e Parisit)

Very busy bank branch but quick service. The staff can be a little unfriendly but the security guard is nice and ensures that everyone is served in order and effectively. They are also open later than other branches so it is convenient for workers. They offer exchange and accounts in both Euro and Lek and always have enough cash on hand.

Horrendous service. 2 hour wait time to do anything with cash. Ridiculous policies.

A bank with an idiot staff! 2 hours of waiting in line! If you are a new customer, forget that they will serve you!
