This Enterprise Rent-A-Car is, by far, the most helpful car rental agency I have used in Tirana. When I went to this location in person I received first class service and will definitely use them for all of my future car rentals.

I initially thought the reviews rating of 4.8 seemed abnormally high for a rental car company. But I can definitely say they deserve it. I’ve rented cars in 118 countries. And this branch is by far the nicest rental car company I have ever dealt with in all my travels. It is also one of the first that didn’t try to hard sell you on insurance and other extras. I would 1000% come back here. Some of the other companies had mixed reviews on google. I think unless the price with enterprise was obsessively more expensive I would pay more to come back to this branch if I’m ever in Albania again. Update***** I usually rent a car for a few days extra because it’s cheaper then keeping a car over then rental contract at the standard rate. Well I returned 3 days early on this trip. And they credited me back the days I didn’t use back to my credit card. Why can’t more rental car branches in western countries work like this one!!!! Thank you :)

Super friendly staff, seamless check in and check out process, very reliable and honest about insurance products and so on. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
