I thought it was way overpriced for what it was offering. I like to go the gym during the morning and there was no instructor to help. They said an instructor was only available during the afternoon. For this reason, I decided not to sign up for a membership. Some people may enjoy this gym given that they have a sauna and windows facing the trees. For me, it was more important to have an instructor around to help me in case I had questions. I am fairly a beginner so I do need some help occasionally. If you're familiar with gym equipments, you may enjoy this place

This is a great gym. Cost is 900 Lek for 1 day and although that might seem pricey, this gym has everything. Free weights - cable machines - cardio machines - spin bike - squat rack - several bench presses - smith machine - stretching area - changing rooms - showers - relaxing area The gym is located inside a big park, and it has large windows surrounded by trees, which is a really nice ambiance when exercising. Plus the gym is open 24 hours. Highly recommend
