Very good people, I like
Top spot not in any tourist guides, except this one. The old Lenin, Stalin and other communist era statues from Tirana plinths hidden away in the parking lot behind the National Library. Just walk around the back.
Some have been damaged, particularly Lenin, when they were toppled/removed.
In summer go around 3PM to see them in light for photography, in the morning they are in shadow.
Open air museum.
