Very bad service and bad quality of fishing items. Bought a fishing cane .didnt last even one day. Broken in the middle. She did not exchange or did something about . Very disappointed with this store in Saranda Albania.

I took a 25milek fishing rod and from the first day it broke and I climbed to keep it. Very poor quality. The communication of the sellers is very bad to protect their product and they said that we will not return it. something is needed, because permits do not exchange it for another product but want to put the blame on you for doing the damage.
