Quiet place for family and small children excellent staff. I had an excellent weekend

Worst experience ever in a hotel. Pricey for the service they offer. We found issues with the first room and asked to be moved. After finally arriving at 23:00, the sink was broken, toilet paper missing and shower not working (useless pressure and no hot water at all!) We had to leave in the middle of the night as contidions were unliveable! They refused to give us the almost €150 deposit we left at the moment of the booking. After almost one hour discussing with the owner and threatening to call the police, they paid us back deducting the night we didn't stay!! Stay away from this place!

The hotel is located on a street do to avoid the city traffic, I spent a wonderful weekend, the room was large with all the conditions, the staff was very good, ready to work, and helped you to solve all the little problems .
