Cannot find the Hotel. Has 3 different locations on hotelscom and google. No one knows this Hotel. Can not cancel the booking. Phone number of this Hotel is dead. Worst experience ever. 3h searching and 20 Euro for nothing!

It’s a fraud . Booked a room and doesn’t exist

Do not book room in this place! The location is not correct, their phone is not working and they don't respond to emails. I had to solve this problem with Hotels.com support and it costs a lot of money and time.

Pure Albanian Scamming ! This Hotel & another similar name @ "Hotels.Com", does NOT EXIST @ All ! The Address, Phone#, ... does NOT EXIST @ All ! There is NONE of this Hotel ! After +2 Weeks, Still, I am waiting for My Refunds & Compensations @ "Hotels.Com" !!!
