A real scandal. Delays in delivery of orders and rude staff. You can not get an answer, much less a solution, in problematic situations where the APD mail itself causes them with delays of up to a week of orders and delays in changes that customers can make.

Total disappointment regarding APD. They do not respect the contract you sign with them. Going into legal violations of the latter. In addition to this lack of correctness and communication in Pick-up and in the deadlines of receiving or delivering the package. An unfortunate application that is never updated and has constant crashes. On the website, before you register, they ostensibly write a mountain with Articles that then turn out that they are not in the contract, they are simply written there for the sake of cheating. They do not compensate damaged products with mediocre excuses that were not properly packaged or broken by the customer himself. This is mockery of intellect and business. I do not recommend it to anyone who has a business. The experience was a real nightmare !!!

A bad experience with the post Apd. Occasionally they lose orders from time to time, delay deliveries and returns by up to a month. The communication part with the staff leaves much to be desired. The moment I asked for reasons for these negligences, the answer I got from them is that they forgot or do not know what happened.
