Their online Parking system to pay parking place wasn’t working . At B zone costing amount is 40 lek/hour . Two attempts to pay with available balance amount in my phone didn’t get through , after 10 minutes I got 2000 Lek ticket by their police !

Just yesterday one of their patrol cars almost hit mine as it was speeding on the highway without its service lights on. Then I was just given a parking ticket on Rruga Andon Zako Cajupi because it's only for "residents". There is no parking sign on the street at all, and my host IS a resident anyway and never heard of this rule. Not surprising from a force that regularly asks for bribes but regularly breaks the law itself. Shqiperia Ottoman.
