Only been to the coffee shop myself but it was good and I have had friends that stay here and enjoyed it.

Stayed at Hotel Univers for 4 nights and had an amazing experience throughout, staff are welcoming and friendly willing to go out of their way to meet your needs. Drink service runs for most of the day. Rooms are full air conditioned also with a TV and cleaned daily.

Very tidy and well looked after hotel both inside and out. Great location on the main road into Elbasan, and close to amenities like supermarket, money exchange, highway, etc. Breakfast is made to order and always great taste and freshly prepared. The staff hospitality is brilliant and rooms are tidied daily. Staff always attending to any requests at all times with 24hr reception. Restaurant and coffee house has excellent menu for food to order and brilliant hot drinks. Overall they maintain their quality standards throughout the place.
