In April 2019 the administrative court ruled in my favor on a case with the traffic police, and I went to the state bailiff to recover court costs (3,200 new ALL). After a lot of climbing up to the 5th floor of the bailiff's office, I finally managed to get them on December 12, 2019, 8 months later. A general spirit of arrogance characterizes this institution, perhaps because they give money, and feel that they are being taken out of their own pocket.
