One of a kind alpine lake

It is located near the village of Lenie, at the northwestern foot of Mount Komian, at an elevation of 1105 m above sea level. It represents a glacial lake, about 800 m long and about 400 m wide. Large water lilies are distinguished in this water basin. It is surrounded by a dense pine forest with a surface of about 12 ha. Together with the surrounding forest forms a very interesting lake and forest ecosystem. It has scientific (geological, geomorphological, hydrological and biological), ecological and tourist values.
