Service 0, inaccessible contact numbers, an answer for a covid test that I was supposed to take for 36 hours I received after 10 days after I presented myself at the laboratory, totally not recommended, tests that are not analyzed by anyone and false results

I do not understand the analysis by email and the signature and stamp are missing ... how can I explain it ???? In the meantime, the analysis must be scanned after it has been signed and sent by email.
