Rector of the University of Tirana. This University is the first in the country both for the year of establishment and for the number of students. The faculties of this university have been distributed in many areas of the capital city. Emblematic are some buildings that were designed by Italian architects during the 1930s and 40s of the last century of the rationalist style.

When we passed the classes being finished, the whole neighborhood seemed dead. It looked like the buildings were abandoned. Despite this, we could see new buildings that had just come out of the ground. The place seems important since it includes both the university and near the polytechnic. The neighborhood is difficult to pass due to all work in progress.
