Hotel Cajupi

Best location. Very accessible and easy to find. Right in the middle of ghe old town. Lack of restaurant but there were a few others near. The staff was very polite and nice

Right on the edge of the old cobblestone paved streets of the city of stone. Expansive windows in the upstairs restaurant with views out onto the valley, mountains on either side and in the foreground the narrow streets and stone roofs of Gjirokaster. Food and accommodation excellent!

A smart hotel, well located in the centre of town, close to the shopping area but still a good trek up to the castle (but it is worth it). Nice rooms, but ours was at the back and faced a wall! Breakfast was good with the first selection of teas I'd seen in Albania. Bar service was also very good.

Our room was very old fashioned and showed lots of wear and tear. The curtains were torn off the track in places but still blocked the light adequately. The beds were very comfortable, there was mould around the bathtub and it was of the extremely short variety plus the water drained directly into the bathroom floor, creating a large pool we had to walk in. Finally, the WiFi never worked properly the entire length of our stay.

Old communist Hotel. Nice top roof restaurant with views of the city. Seminar rooms available for events. Room prices above average. Credit cards accepted. Rooms can be noisy due to car and buses passing by.
