Hotel Butrinti & SPA

Great location, beautiful sea view, very nice pool, good prices in hotel lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be change from time to time cause after few days you would like to have something new.. gym is nice, but open only till 4, jacuzzi with cold weather :/

Excellent conditions, the hotel is newly renovated and just recently re-opened. The only issue is that they claim that SPA is included in your price, and you actually find that Sauna and Jacuzzi are turned off. Breakfast was delicious and the pool is rather big. Would give 5 stars if they would be clearer about the SPA issue.

Wonderful hotel, and the main departure/arrival location for going to the beaches of Ksamil, some of the nicest beaches in Albania.

Very old mattress that has taken the shape of the body of its users. So there were two hollows on each side of the bed. Very uncomfortable. Ordinary breakfast. No squeezed orange juice. Not a real coffee, just a little machine that makes powdered coffees ... bad fruit. Probably already cut in advance and left in the fridge so it takes water. In the evening at the restaurant, you are served stale bread and not fresh fruit from the morning breakfast. Very poor soundproofing between the rooms and the hallway. You can hear people walking and talking. There is a phone in the hallway for reception to contact the housekeeper etc, who rings every morning and wakes us up ... They say the spa is open from 7am to 7pm but in reality it is closed all the time. For having tried the Tirana plaza or the select resort hotel, I can tell you that the butrinti hotel is not a 5 star. Apart from the building and the superb sea view, the rest deserve a maximum of 3 French stars.

The music at the pool was so loud it was painful. Was not lowered despite being dismissed. In addition, it was trampled and flamed in the pool pool felt like playhouse
