Make sure you know it is functioning before driving far to get cash. I was there off-season. My recommendation when arriving to Albania is to withdraw a good amount of LEK at first encounter with an ATM. The ATMs are few and far between. Off-season the closest ATM is in Himare.

This bank is like big brother it is everywhere. This logo is terrible. In Austria, their presence is scary.

Works well and in a lot of languages. Tries to rip you off with a conversion charge into local currency though. Also, 700 lek as a charge is a lot - other Banks charge 500.
