Port of Vlorë

Strange place. Parking at the port turned into a kafkaesk situation. When I arrived from a boat tour, the group of people taking care of the parking spaces (number is literally 10+), told me that I have left my car window open and I should check. Went back and the car window was closed, so I thought everything ok, lets ger out of there. Nonetheless i was not allowed to leave, asked strange questions for 10mins until they figured out i wont give them any money I suppose.
