We booked a triple room for 3 nights. We specified we wanted a view sea room. At the arrival the receptionist staff was very rude. They gave us what is called a junior suit and they rise the price. The room was literally in front of the swimming pool first floor where you could hear all the rumors. Definitely never again and no attention was give to the clients.

You pay for all inclusive, but for anything you need outside of the restaurant, there's just one place, hence a big queue. On the beach, you need to buy. By the pool, you need to buy, or queue to get a low quality beer you paid before you even came here. You cannot get bottled water, so everyone refills plastic bottles again and again, to be able to drink water in the room. Beach and sand are ok, but there are sea plants with long leaves, they float everywhere. Beach towel changing place is constantly closed. You can change those in the reception, instead. In our section, lifts were busy all the time. When I talked to an employee, she said "too many people". Well, if you define the problem so, the solution is that people shouldn't come. Instead, they could improve the buttons so that people can select the direction they'll go and quicken up the door opening-closing ceremony. There's live music almost every day and its difficult for small kids to sleep. We arrived at Tuesday and after live music every day, I called the reception on Thursday, asking when the music would stop. "At 23:00"!! And when I asked which days there is live music, she responded "weekends only" ?!?! On our last night (Monday), there was no night music. Food is OK, but you need to queue for any high-demand food, such as pizza...
