Great location, clean hotel, beautufull rooms, staff is friendly, hotel is near the beach, with a beautiful pool, but minus od for parking, it od small, so you need to leave the keys at the reception, od you park behind other car, the other minus od for Wi-Fi, the signal is very poor, even in rooms. The food choice for breakfast od always the same and poor for 4* hotel.

Very nice service. The manager Orlando the best I've ever met, very helpful takes care of guests. As for the previous speaker and cleanliness of the beach is true, but it is not the hotel's fault.

od for all inclusive monotonne, every day literally the same food for lunch and dinner every day the same. Lack of regional dishes. Terrible music in the evenings mega ancient old songs performing different inferior and better. Cleaning ladies present things, clothes, toilet paper can give used by someone else before. Too many waiters in the cafeteria would have enough of their two - a small hall. Dirty beach and water full of garbage float plastic sacks cans bottle packaging chips and banana peels. How to get over durres everywhere is full of rubbish on the street sidewalks etc.
