We were traveling from Hungary to Albania when our car broke down. Assistance brought us here (we have a Volvo). Unfortunately they could not fix our car in the two days we had until traveling home, but this is due to our cars complex issue and not them. They were super nice to us all the way, explaining continuously what they are doing, in a much better manner we have ever seen in Hungary. At the end, even though they spent two days investing our problem, they did not charge us (given no complete fix as of yet), and provided a detailed description so we can continue at home rather than start diagnosing the problem from 0. I just wish car services treated customers the same in Hungary ad they did with us.
