Casablanca Boutique Hotel

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. After a check in and after 21:00 we wanted to have some rest, but some guy at the reception decided to listen to some music very loud. We had to ask him three times to turn it off, before we had to turn it off by ourselves while he was somewhere else. Then he decided to start moving furniture downstairs too. This is very rude and this is not a 4 star hotel. Reception guy started saying ‘f*ck’ to us and almost punched us. We had called manager, asked for full refund and left. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST.

The difference between the first floor and the lobby is like two different places. The breakfast is great and very filling.

Great location, Big rooms, sub par design. The rooms are big which is a plus, but the AC turns off when you leave the room. Bad design. The bed has the comfort of a sidewalk than a bed. To match, a set of the lumpiest pillows I’ve felt. On one side of our windows, there is a balcony that other rooms have access to, so people in other rooms, if they wanted, can come see in your room. The elevator lights flicker constantly and the hallway carpet must have come from the 70’s. The tv uses a internet android connection which I’m pretty sure is illegally stealing tv channels (don’t quote me on that). Curtains, in one room, are falling off the rails. With the bad out of the way, the room has a nice look to it on its surface and if you have the suite, you get a pullout bed. I’d say this place advertises itself to offer more than it can deliver. Not worth the high price they charge. Ps... and the internet keeps disconnecting!!!
