Place in the average of the hotels we are used to European standards, young and correct staff nothing to say about the staff, on the contrary about the owner who is not very correct and not at all attentive to customers following an unpleasant episode that completely ruined the experience of stay, the people at the entrance gate should be told that we have the right as hotel guests to enter the place where we paid to stay, unfortunately the mentality of these retrograde people makes these episodes happen, the fault of the owner who is not not even intervened to clarify the situation by stating the phrase "ruin the reputation of the hotel", the reputation of the hotel you ruin it with your unprofessional behavior and not at all attentive to customers, you have yet to learn what respect for customers is. I honestly say the worst money spent on bad customer service. An episode so serious to report to the police, never happened in my life that I was denied entry to the hotel where I paid to stay, shamefully.
