Fantastic panorama. Being away from the capital is not always good. If you have a health issue or security one you are in trouble. Price of land, rent a house or services are higher than in EU. Enjoy

A really nice park outside of town. It is quite remote and is still being developed. There is a fantastic path that runs about half way around the lake. If it were to go all the way around the lake or if there were multiple ways to get to the path (there is really only one paved ingress) then it would be a five star park. There's still a ways to go before this happens but the park is very nice and peaceful. It's great for a romantic picnic or those looking to get away from crowds.

Very good place to visit for walk,run or just see the amazing place

Relaxing place with good air and panoramic view. Nice location near center of Tirana to have some time with family. Also there is road for bike ride.
