Staff professional!

Very rude, intolerant and unproffesional behavior from the supervisor doctor Ervin Kapaj. I went three times there and those will be the last ones in my life. Two times there was delays with 20 minutes, the third one went around 30 minutes and the disgusting part there was when I asked why the timetable or schedule is not respected, I got very rude and unaceptable answer. They even told me you can leave premises and you can go elsewhere because we can not respect the schedules.
