Clean, comfortable, caring management. Great value for money in the heart of the city

We left even before we slept there one night, bc the bathroom wasn’t tidy, the shower damaged. The „private“ room had no locker (just from inside) and nevertheless to the fact that in the Airbnb ad was written from 24h available personal, no one was around when we wanted to talk with someone. We’ve already been to other hostels in balkans in the same price range, but they have been way better! Very disappointed about this!

No recommendation. The hostel can be reached via an inner courtyard and is on the first floor. As a guest there is no key. Inner courtyard, door and room door are probably permanently unlocked. Instead of a double room, we were offered a dormitory for us. Without locker. Air conditioning are fans. The stove top is a camping stove. Fridge available. Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet flushing sometimes didn't work. Mirror not cleaned for weeks. Beds clean. Inner courtyard is a construction site. We went and canceled. Since we didn't meet anyone, we wrote an email via the booking platform. The answer was utterly outrageous. We'll probably be left with the cancellation costs, but it was the right thing to do.
