We had a problem with the front brakes and suspension on our VW T5 whilst on a 3 month trip and luckily found this garage based on the previous review. The service we got from the guys here was 1st class, they kept us up to date via whatsapp over the couple of days the work was being done. Normally if I was at home I would have done the work myself but it was done to a very high standard here and the cost including labour for 2x new front shocks, bushes and disc skimming was less than the cost of the parts on their own in the UK. If only UK VW dealers were this good, thanks guys!

Had problems with my AC, have left the car jär and after 1 hour waiting time the guys have found and solved the problem. Very professionally done work from VW KONSTANDIN SH.P.K at a good price compared to other authorized VW workshops.

I was in the workshop of this dealership at the end of my trip to Albania due to a problem with the fuel pump of my car that risked compromising the integrity of the engine and the possibility of a quiet return home. I found competent and helpful staff and technicians who informed me in a precise and clear way about the extent of the problem and possible solutions. They worked hard to repair the fault as soon as possible to make us return to the road back without unnecessary waiting at a price more than honest. I thank everyone and in particular Mr. Bledi and the chief workshop. For those who have problems in the area I highly recommend choosing this workshop / dealership. Renato Segatto
