Billionaire Lounge Shisha Bar

Attention: tourist rip off! We went there because the bar was recommended by our hotel. At the first moment we liked the place because the terrasse seemed quite nice. However when we arrived there the waiter refused to give us the menu so that we could not see the prices. At the end they seriously charged more than 20 USD only for the Shisha (which was not so great by the way). Moreover the Gin tonics were simply pathetic - the worse gin, not bubbly at all and with a plastic aftertaste. At the end the waiter forbid us to play cards. Such a pretentious place. You really should not go there, there are so many better places around.

Nice place, nice service, very close to Tirana natural park, difficult to find parking.

Perfect night club

Shisha is over priced and doesnt last as long. They have no card payment or air conditioning.
