I ordered a cake there to celebrate my baby becoming 11 month old and my husband's birthday, both the same day. So i ordered a cake for both. Even the way they took my order wasn't normal at all. Writing at a piece of kitchen paper is far from normal. Then, I got the cake. Firstly, they hadn't made the cake as I ordered it. It wasn't delicious at all. Next, the decoration. I wanted the cake with a photo of them, my baby's and husband's and they said okay we can make it. They didn't say anything about the photo having an extra price at the beginning, but when i went to get the cake and pay, they added something like the extra price for the printed photo. Also, I made it clear that I wanted to write something for my husband and something for my baby but there was nothing like that. Only a mix of what i really wanted to write. Last but not least, the communication of the stuff with the customer was rude and they had only excuses. It's not my fault that you have a lot of customers, but if you get into doing something make it good or don't make it at all. People pay for that. I'm honestly very disappointed. Also, one other day I went there to get Tres leches cake. They had so small portions and the price was twice the normal price. Also they were far from delicious. Half of it was thrown away. To sum up I don't recommend it at all. I'm never going there even that people say that here are made the best croissants ever. Sorry not sorry!
